Airtel — poor service and offers - complaints are not addressed in time | |||||
Since 11th sep'2013, i've called in the customer care thrice but they are yet to resolve the issue. Issue description: prepaid recharge was done on 14th of august with rs899 inr with the offerings like unlimited voice calling to any n/w, 210gb data and unlimited roaming incoming free etc. For 84 days. However, all these offers have stopped working after 28days. Condition:offers are applicable on 4g sim and handsets only, which i do have. They also promised to credit back the amount that are getting deducted from my main account balance - i am yet to get them back and there is not further updated being provided to me yet.
