Dear sir, I made a request to your trichy(tamilnadu) cantonment office for porting my mobile no [protected] from hyderabad to trichy about 3 weeks back( by 6th nov). Please note I had submitted all my documents long back. Based on the documents and application for mnp my no was disconnected on 21st nov night. I got the sms confirming my mnp request was accepted. From 21st nov till today I am unable to receive/make calls. Whenever I call 59059 for verification they are saying my details were not updated in system, hence they can not proceed for verification. I do not know to whom I should approach. If I call 198 they are saying I should visit airtel outlet where I submitted documents. If I visit outlet they are saying documents were already sent.
