As per my online request airtel has given me a 4g sim for my existing 2g sim. i have sent the required sms .the customer care has replied on 16.01.2017 that my request has been received and the new sim will be shortly activated. the old sim is deactvated. so far my mobile no [protected] has not been activated. my alternate mobile no is [protected].
Income call cant conected my prepaid airtel mobile outgoing call is 2 -3 busy network & not connected my call call is not connecting to my airtel

Brodband has been non functuonal since the past 24 hours.
Complained yesterday and wass assured service before 11am. No repair services were recieved further upon asking about our service request status, no responce had been recieved .
Very unprofessional behahaviour .
