Airtel — ported into airtel postpaid and not even able to make proper calls! | |||
Had been complaining a lot about this issue till now to their customer support. The Issues : 1) There is network coverage (4G/3G/2G) but no calls get connected/ Call getting jitter even at midnights. 2) 0KbPs Internet speed which is Unmatched! The irony is that Airtel calls themselves the best 4G Network in India. 3) Entering a Roaming zone disconnects network and it won't come back unless you go search manually and register it! Feels like 1990's all of a sudden! they cant even handle seamless roaming! Now Am struck in Airtel since I port in last month! Now I can't even port back to any other network for 3 months! Call drops and no internet is what they give their postpaid customers. The resolution provided by their so-called open network team is that, they have a site upgradation in mind, will do that after 6 months! Whichever customer support I call, they say the same. they have not even had the courtesy to come check the area and see the issue! Was this information helpful? | |||
