I m holding a postpaid connection bearing no.[protected]. I was getting a signal problem as when i switch on 4g, i was not able to make calls and person on the other hand received message taht my phone is not reachable. I changed the sim on your advise but problem remain the same as such i generated a porting code for porting my number to jio and cleared all the bill. The executive called me and gave alluring offers to continue the service to which i refused. Porting was refused for non clearing of bill.
I again generated the code and again alluring offers were made to which again i refused. I got a confirmation of clearance of bill and due to be paid by you, again porting was refused for non payment of bill.
U r knowingly not porting my number which is a serious concern. I have record and history of all messages and telephonic conversation and as such i vl take my grievance to consumer court and prove my case with all evidence in my possession., u r selling the plan with excessive rate and when someone go to other subscriber than you started offering discount and offers. This is against trai rules and regulations. U r liable to pay damages and costs to me for this unfair practices.
This is the worst experience with airtel.
