Airtel — Post Paid Airtel Mobile Number is not converted into Prepaid in 1.75 months

Dear Sir/Madam, Please look into the matter i am fed up with airtel services, we are continuously follow up from last 1.5 months for converting postpaid number ([protected]) into prepaid and for this we have already submitted all the required documents along with fee and deposited all the outstanding payment of this number. please go through trail mail and please do needful urgently.
