Airtel — postpaid airtel wifi | |||
My airtel wifi no is [protected] i upgrade my plan from 999 to 550 before 5 months customer executive told me this plan for 6 months for 4 billing cycles there is no problem In august at they upgrad my plan by there side to 999 I complaint on 17 aug customer care they told me that plan upgrad by me but i am not doing there is no logic because i have use of only 10 to 12 gb and already 70 gb data pending she told me that i cant help on such situation Its ok. I can pay 550 extra without my mistake but airtel loose his customer who is stand with airtel from 18 months Was this information helpful? | |||
