Its been over 3 days, cannot make outgoing calls nor receiving incoming calls. Same issue with everyone in my family having airtel. Since putting a complaint, i've been told it would take 4 working days to rectify this problem??? Really?? How are we supposed to operated without making calls??
Just ported from vodafone to airtel 2 months back and i am repenting big time with this decision. Got a message this morning that my complaint has been resolved, but i am still getting the same issue.
