I have converted my phone from post-paid to pre-paid. I was informed that in 24 hours post paid will automatically get converted to pre-paid and i just need to change the sim and services will be resumed immediately and automatically.
However this has not happened and they told me to wait for 4 hours without service and the customer care was too rude to respond and was not at all ready to listen despite me telling her how important my phone working is.
This behavior is not expected from a reputed company like you and despite being a loyal customer of the brand, i am highly disappointed. Was this information helpful? |
