Hello,
Since past 12 months i am calling an letting you know about the network related issue with my number [protected], which is not yet resolved. And yesterday they finally stopped the data services.
Whenever i turned the data it says your data is paused for rest of the cycle.
In this one year i speak to plenty of cce's but their behavior and attitude were ridicules. They were not at all helpful nor even responsive.
See the complaint below and dates as well for your references:

Now hoping that you will take this as a true complaint, i know you are not capable enough to resolve the issue but at-least take the responsibility.
I am paying you guys every month without delay, but not getting the benefits what i suppose to. I told these guys i am not going to pay a single penny till the issue get resolve. And before the end of the due date they disconnected the data services.
Suggest me whether i need to pay and continue with you, along with the issues or close my number or change the provider.
When i called today they said let us change your plan that might help. What the hell, how can plan changing will help me to get all the issue resolved.
As per my experience i know i am not going to receive any response here so i am putting the complaint on forum hoping that might help.
