Hi,
The airtel number [protected] (Which i owned 6 months back and no more mine) need to be deactivated right now asap.
I asked you guys to do it the minute i left bangalore but you guys didn’t. What kind of response it this?
And in return i get irritating calls every minute from airtel asking me to pay the bill. Why should i do it? Are you a charitable organization so that i have to donate money?
It’s your responsibility to listen to the customer first and do as they say unless it is against your company policy.
I don’t have any outstanding amount to pay on my number. I have cleared everything and then told you guys to deactivate it.
If you didn’t do it, it’s your headache and not mine.
You guys advertise a lot about airtel and its service but when it comes to the real picture, nothing is right. Is everything a show off?
A company like yours has to provide a valuable and unregrettable service at any cost and that’s your job.
I don’t know whether product matters a lot or not but once product is deployed, service is “the” most important thing for a company to progress.
I need this deactivation to be done immediately.
