Airtel — postpaid to prepaid line disconnected but not activated from past 4 days | |||
My no is [protected] i have given a request to covert my service from post paid to prepaid on 8/10/17 in express avenue chennai airtel showroom and also paid them my existing bill and extra 200 rs as they asked me to they said once the post paid line disconnected immediately my prepaid sim will be activated but even after 3 complete days my line got deactivated but still the prepaid is not activated ihave faced so many issues due to lack of communication all my clients are missing wen they charge 100 rs if we dint pay on time this is their mistake i want to file a complaint and need a compensation on this Was this information helpful? | |||
