Airtel — Postpaid to Prepaid migration pending since more than 1 month

I applied for postpaid to prepaid migration of my number. they gave me a new sim but that sim never got activated. they have even deactivated my postpaid number and customer care never responds properly. everytime they tell me that it will be actvated by tonight but that never happens. Umesh,

its been more than a week but my number still remains deactivated and your customer care is giving silly esponses as earlier.

I even emailed airtel.[protected]@airtel.com but there has been no response.

Can you tell me how much time will it take to resolve the issue?
