Port from airtel to jio stopped due to lack of communication from airtel store customer service person( RS Puram branch). No proper guidance fromsinganallur and lakhsmi mills branch.
Main reason to switch network is above mentioned and not properly guided from airtel customer services.
As per your customer service person miss. Mahalakshmi contacted and told me to rectify my port from airtel to jio issue. But I didn't get any response from your side. So kindly do favour I will switch to jio. Please dont ignore/stop this process. Any doubt regard this port option please kindly contact [protected]/[protected].
Please do it quickly to switch network. I am totally disappointed with airtel customer service. Because mainly everyone not clearly update customer requirements in the system. Thus creating another conversation with another person. So problem increased not rectified. Please do note to rectify customer problem not to make more irritation.
