Airtel — pre - paid money taken rs 999, service fraud | |||
Dear i was with unlimited call and internet plan with air tel - for 84 days, just after 25 days of my recharge they stopped my outgoing call to most numbers, spoken with supervisor he said complain recorded within 4 hrs it will be ok. After it more than 4 number of complains but no revert, They promised to get back by 10 -0ct -17 by the end of day but nothing happens. Complain screen sort is attached with their deadline and complain number given. In my all call result they are telling technical faults Now i am in loss of my pre paid amount that they have taken, if within one more day they are unable to solve this problems. I want my entire money back along with other loss mentally in calling Was this information helpful? | |||
