[Resolved] Airtel — Pre Paid Number disconnected withour prior intimation-[protected] | |||
My name is Ravi Yadav and my Airtel prepaid mobile number is [protected] and last year it was disconnected without informing me. I went to the Airtel customer care centre but till date there is no response from the company.The above said pre paid number was on my name. Was this information helpful? | |||

Being a loyal customer to airtel I want to retain the number, as a reputed company, is this kind of service level you have? You may not realize but because of your act of negligence I have suffered allot of mental, physical harassment & trauma.
I will go to consumer court for the mental harassment and trauma and definitely post this incident on facebook and other public forums.

This is to inform the top officials of Airtel that my pre paid number was disconnected last year and I am struggling allot to get it back.There are a sentiments attached for that particular number and as I travel allot, sometimes I am unable to use my number.
my number is [protected] and yes it is a premium number but Airtel have no rights to disconnect it without prior intimation.
I called up so many times to the customer care people and visited different Airtel stores and I am amazed that nobody is helping. What kind of services you are providing to the customer?
