Airtel — pre paid sim not activated. | |||
Dear Sir, My mobile Airtel postpaid number [protected] is to be change to Airtel prepaid. I submitted all the documents to your Airtel chakala gallery on 22.04.2015 and cleared the out standings . Till now my new sim card is not activated. I called to your customer care and they told that there had no request for changing the post paid to prepaid. .
