I gave a request from postpaid to prepaid migration on 12-apr-2018. You guys followed the process and deactivated my postpaid sim on 14-apr-2018, but you didn’t updated my details for prepaid sim. How can you be so careless and trouble your customers. When i called customer care on 14 night they informed me that my details not updated, after visiting your showroom i called customer care again on 15 once they responded so arrogantly that my details not yet updated. Yesterday when i called customer care for activation they informed that only my name is updated and no other details, today they are telling details updated and recharge was not done. I am suffering from last 3 days because of your carlessness. If you want customers to roam around your showroom and beg you... And your customer care executives guys are such a arrogant people they don’t want to hear to customer issues. Today is the 3rd day from the day of deactivation of my postpaid, when i am telling you that i am suffering for 3 days, you guys reply me that you see a person who suffered for 7days. This is really shame on your airtel service. I am wondered why you say “airtel promise” when you can’t meet the minimum requirement of a customer. Was this information helpful? |
