[Resolved] Airtel — Prepaid balance got deducted for hello tune renewal without early notification and permission | |||
Hi, Few months back, Airtel offered free hello tunes for 3 months to me for being a customer for more than 10 years. But now, again hello tunes got activated without early intimation/ permission. A message after activation is sent. My prepaid amount of Rs80 got deducted without my permission / confirmation. I m absolutely disappointed by this action. I ve called customer care deactivated the hello tune. But my money has not refunded.
