My name is Zaheer and my registered mobile number is [protected]. Yesterday i tried adding one more prepaid number [protected] under my family plan of 799. So i contacted the Airtel customer care to have that number added. Based on my request, they initiated the process of migrating from prepaid to postpaid. But some how they have cancelled the request . After this, im not able to use any of my prepaid service for the number [protected], be it incoming or outgoing. Hence i have escalated the issue yesterday for which another customer care executive named anusha who contacted me today to say that this is because of the different circle issue and it cannot be resolved by their team and i have to contact the airtel store. As all are aware, none of the airtel stores in chennai are working.so she suggested me to contact airtel prepaid team to have this resolved.
In this lockdown period, im really having trouble contacting any of the prepaid team, so i told her kindly have it directed to the relevant team to have this resolved. But she responded rudely that this is not her concern and she cant help me on this. Thanks for this pathetic gesture to a loyal customer. By showing hands to different direction is not a good way to handle any customer. And whats the point of saying VIP service for platinum customers.
After all this Yesterday I visited the Airtel store looking for answers. Still they have no clue on why the number [protected] has been barred and they have written it to the head office team asking for explanation.
These guys are really pathetic and torturing the customer in these times.
They promised a day to get back to me. A day has passed. No response from them. Almost 2 days of no service Was this information helpful? |
