Airtel — prepaid plan issue

Hi team,

Today i recharged my mobile with 448 amount (Enjoy unlimited calling & 1.4 gb/day at rs. 448 for 82 days) where i get messaged stating recharge done. But my net is also not working and if i am checking my balance it is showing tomorrow its going to expire. I tried to contact on you tollfree number but its not getting connected. Please check and fix this issue. Or credit my amount

Hello. I bought a new Airtel sim about a week ago. I did not receive any call or email regarding its activation. Im also having problems in recharging it. Whenever i try recharging it from the My Airtel app it does not complete the transaction. This is really frustrating.

Please help me sort out what the problem is thanks.
