Airtel — Prepaid recharge failed but amount deducted from account

Dear Sir, Today morning I did prepaid recharge for 3G Data Pack for 28 days for Rs. 252/- Mumbai circle on my mobile number [protected]. I did via www.airtel.com via net banking link. Please note my Axis Bank account is debited of amount Rs. 252/- but it said transaction failed. My transaction id is[protected]. They are saying they will check and refund within 7-10 working days. I have a serious complaint why do they take 7-10 working days to refund money? In today's world of faster IT problem resolution and net banking era why does it take 7-10 days to refund. Even Cheque's are clear within 1 working day. Kindly take up and resolve this issue. with regards, Kuku Nage
