Airtel — Prepaid recharge failed

I was recharging a number on 22 August With the airtel app and I paid with Amazon pay. the amount was deducted from my account but the recharge was not done. I got two messages from AD-AIRINF first message said the recharge has been processed(order id:[protected] and the second message said that the recharge failed(order id:[protected]. I contact Airtel customer care but they said that The transaction ID provided by you does not belong to Airtel Payments Bank. So I contacted Amazon pay customer care they said that payment was successful from our side. So now how do I get my refund?
