I have done this transaction of 2, 999/- for my mobile recharge of Airtel no. [protected] on 2nd Feb 2022. The transaction was successful from the HDFC Bank to Airtel BHIM UPI and the amount got deducted from my account but the recharge failed. I was supposed to get the refund within 7 to 10days but it has been more than a 1 month and I am yet to receive my refund amount. I tried everything, contacting almost all the points of contact of Airtel and HDFC bank but all I get is the blame transfers on other entities. From the Airtel side I am told that money is with HDFC and on the other hand the bank provides info that it has transferred the amount to Airtel. I am fed up with this nuisance from both ends and this blame shifting game. I have waited enough and now I have no longer patience to hold onto this complaint. I have attached all the proofs of the transaction along with the bank statement with this mail. Please find the attached files and help me get this issue resolved.
I request to get this cleared wherever my amount is pending and refund back to my account .
