Airtel — prepaid sim deactivated without reason

Please help us to activate the sim as deactivated 7 days before.
I am already following from twitter but they are still keep us in waiting.

I have provided all the details to them & they confirmed that we have all the details and will call us, but still waiting for the call and their response.
