[Resolved] Airtel — Prepaid sim not activated causing problems

I have already given 2 complaints at airtel site but no response from any person at airtel other than same robot message saying we will contact within 2 hours. I had a postpaid number [protected] which i want to convert to prepaid. So i submitted my documents at airtel centre 10 days ago. Now my postpaid has become deactive. But the problem is that the new prepaid sim is also not active. I have not received even a single message from airtel so far on my alternate contact number. Please activate my new sim asap.
