[Resolved]  Airtel — Prepaid to postpaid migration on 14th march and still not activated

Address:New Delhi, Delhi, 122001

I requested for Prepaid to Postpaid connection on 14th march
the request was done on 15th march and now both of my number Prepaid and Postpaid are not Working and airtel people are saying it wail take another 4 hours to activate
you should have told me earlier for the same i would not have requested for it
This has affected my whole day of work
who is responsible for this??
I cant leave this state as in other state it wont activate and i will be stuck
