Airtel — previous validity expired due to 1699 recharge

Dear sir,

I recharged today 1699, i got validity for one year but due to this i had lost 40 days validity of previous pack.

Please credit remains 40 days back to my account.

If you are system accepting both payments i should get both validity, otherwise refund my amount 1699 immediately.

They have not mentioned anything in T& C about previous validity expiration. This is cheating
