I have been facing issues with airtel bill payment. They provided an option named airtel home which is a collection of multiple accounts like mobile accounts, landline, broadband etc. They will generate a single bill with a discount of 10% for all those accounts and when we pay it as single amount it should be distubuted and paid accordingly for all the added acccounts. When i was paying them, instead of getting reflected for all the accounts, its getting paid only for few of them and the other accounts are getting additionally paid. If we pay individually for the nonpaid account, it is getting paid sometimes and is not getting paid again. This is not a single time issue. This is the 4th time where i am facing this issue. When we ask them, the way they answer is ridiculous. Also they will ask us to pay again by enabling some other option instead of adjusting between the accounts which are in airtel home (From the accounts which are already additionally paid). When we ask why, they answer saying that adjustment option is not available. They are not even properly checking the history of complaints and resolving them in future to avoid recurrence of the issue. This month the problem got again repeated and its the 4th time.
