Airtel — problem with salesman for new connection | |||
Dear sir/madam i have taken a new airtel broad connection vide caf no 11138591 and mr. Sarit gupta had promised when filling the form and taking 500rs that the connection will be provided next day for the same he booked an appointment at 3pm and reconfirm the same today at 230 pm and i have been calling him and requesting him now at 5pm he decided to reply that airtel exchange has a fault and connection will be provided tomorrow i waited 2 hours for the technician missing an important business appointment this is most unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour and puts me in doubt about airtel support. I have been waiting endlessly i have recording of all above i[censored] need. Was this information helpful? | |||
