Airtel — Promised Offer not given

Sir, I am CHEATED by Airtel. My AIRTEL Number: [protected] (It’s a New Connection; taken on this month) According to the IVR message, I've recharged Rs 11 to get rate cutter offer (35 paisa/ min for Local and STD for 30 days). I m being played this IVR message while dialling each and every calls I made. But I didn’t get the promised offer instead of that I got 35 paisa/ min STD for 7 days. While I contacted to the customer care the Associate and the Sr. Associate (Mr. Shiva) informed me that I am not eligible for the above said offer. I have registered a complaint regarding this; SR#[protected] Then I have emailed to the Nodal officer and the Appellate Authority of Airtel They contacted me and had given 48 hours TAT. The TAT is over. I did not get the promised offer. I request you to do the needful Please get me the promised offer form AIRTEL__35 paisa/ min for Local and STD for 30 days, as soon as possible.
