I'm facing network issue at my location. The signal strength is too weak where data drops to 70-80 kbps in 4g frequently.
Complaint was logged on mar 1st, 2018 but no proper response from the customer care. I can hear these non sense words such as - we can check that the outdoor signal quality in your area is excellent. The problem you are facing could be due to inadequate indoor coverage.
We would like to inform you that we are continuously working on expanding our network and your inputs are taken for future network planning.
You ppl expand your network else shut down the company, that's not my problem.. I have paid rs.475 for 4g connectivity with 1gb data for 84 days.. If you are unable to provide service.. Refund my money back.. I have better options to do..
Open network status shows that the signal strength is excellent but this is false (Snap attached). Its same like what you did in ookla speedtest..
Also i live in city not in rural area. Airtel claims they are india's # 1 network, but it is a false statement.
Request you to consider this on priority and do the needful if else give my money back..
