[Resolved] Airtel — Query on my bill plan | |||||
I got a bill amount of 2627.31 which inclusive of my late payment fee 100rs. I was initially with 1599 plan and i was told that i am eligible for 1399 plan with same befits i was getting on 1599 plan and also they have mentioned 200rs. Would be deducted as rental deductions and also my data pack will be revised from 5gb to 15gb on 1599 plan which for life time. Every month i was charged for extra amount for no reason, every time i have to fight back for the money which has been charged wrongly which they will refund. The same happened for this month as well but this time it has gone high, i got a bill amount of 2627.31. I called up the customer care where i was mapped to pawan he gone through my bill plan and told my 1399 plan has been deactivated and my data pack has been revised back to 5gb and was charged for for over using my data pack which i was not aware of it and he also agreed i was charged wrongly since he don't have authority to re-fund huge amount of money he looped me to his supervisor anjali she also gone through my bill plan and she told the charges has been made wrongly. I asked reasons for my deductions and also i was asking for breakups, while she was responding to me i asked for 12rs which has been included in my bill, she gave justification saying it was charged for making special call, i was told that the plan have local and national unlimited call benefits and i questioned back her asking for valid justification for that 12rs deduction and again told that it was charged for making special toll free call which they never mentioned in their terms and condition and also i was not aware of it when i put back the same question asking for valid justification she got pissed off and she started behaving little harsh, after answering to all my questions she told me that after all deductions the bill amount comes to 1722rs. Whereas she don't have an access to re-fund huge amount so i need to pay 2000rs remanding re-fund amount will be carry forward to next month. Pfb break up of bill plan for your reference. 1. On my every bill i was charged for 15% on service tax, which they fail to provide. 2. How can a customer be responsible for the mistake done in the back end? 3. Why should a customer bare the cost if they dont have an access to refund, it is not a mistake of a customer.
