I was using the prepaid airtel number [protected] for last 5 years, currently i am abroad and last two months i have not used it and the number got cancelled, i need it back as soon as possible i have contacted the airtel customer care but they are asking me to apply for duplicate sim.i cannot apply for a duplicate sim since i am not in India.also i was not using the sim fo only 70 days(not 90) but it got cancelled.the number had been used til june4th 2016.I need to activate the number urgently.Please help me out.
