Airtel — reactivation of mobile no. [protected]

I was using the above noted mobile no. For last 3-4 years. It was ported from idea to airtel. The above no. Closed last 3-4 days. The custmor care advised me to go nearest airtel office. I visited local airtel office at baddi, distt. Solan (Hp) but they are not ready to help me. They told me that my no. Was closed and returned to idea company. The no. Was closed without any reason. Also no. Was in use. Please help

I visited local airtel office at baddi, distt. Solan (Hp) but they are not ready to help me. I also tried to contact custmore care. They asked me to go nearest airtel office. But airtel office baddi also not intresed to hlep me. The no. Was closed without any reason. Also no. Was in use. Please help
