[Resolved] Airtel — Reactivation of my postpaid number [protected] | |||||
I am really disappointed with your services. My number was deactivated due to non-payment of bill, which i paid on 16 july 2016. I went to your service store of vishal hall where i was asked to submit all my documents. I went to them with all the requested documents and i was informed that my number would be activated by monday. However they call me again asking for some more documents which i again went and submitted. Still as on date my number is deactivated. I have been without the number for past one week, i think your competitors are fast and more active, i am stuck to your services only because i do not want to change my number. Your staff does not know what all documents they need and keep on asking for further documents. They do not provide their contact details so i have to visit the store time and again. I hope you understand that everyone¿s time is critical and visiting your store time and again is impractical. I am not sure why i am being asked for so many documents if i have a corporate number.
