[Resolved]  Airtel Reatilar — Forgery case

Sir/Mam I want to register a complaint against a forgery happened with me today date 16/08/2015, someone called me and said that he is calling airtel head office and you win a price on occasion of Independence day and he told me to communicate nearby any airtel retailer to collect your balance in your mobile account, after that I reached one retailer and called to talk to this person but he speak to the retailer for easy(ezzy)I don”nt know about that term, after that retailer recharged his mobile number-[protected] after that he told me to give 1000 rupees, I totally shocked why this retailer meaning for money, he expianed me but I told him that I gave my phone to you for listening what he is saying, Retailer didn’t listening me and at the end I pay 1000 rupees t retailer .I totally chocked and I didn’t find any solution in retailer side and customer care of airtel, is there any provision to back my money back.
