Airtel — receiving other person sms in ph#[protected]

I'm using airtel no [protected] since 10 years. Recently since march 2018 i'm receiving messages related to other parties n not belong to me. This includes available balance message from bank and also received fir lodge confirmation message of other parties.

Please investigate the issue n resolve as soon as possible. Contact me as soon as possible.
