Airtel — recharge amount rs.349 not credited

I had recharged my mobile no. [protected] for rs. 349/- through pay tm but not credited by airtel in my mobile no.[protected], the recharge was done vide order id-[protected], operator reference no.[protected] on 28.03.2018 at 06:13 pm. The airtel company is not resolving my issue and sent me a false mail stating that recharge was successful. You are requested to kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.
