Airtel — Recharge data not credited

I recharged my airtel prepaid number with 251 package for 50 gb data on 22-may-2020 vide transaction id[protected].
Though this transaction reflects in my airtel account, 50 gb data not credited to my number.
I have sent emails in this regard to airtel. Unfortunately no sr is getting generated.
If no sr, can’t even approach nodal or appellant authority.
Can you please take it up and help.

Received call from Airtel on 27-may-20 at 6.24pm & 28-may-20 at 5.44pm.
I was informed to uninstall and re-install the MyAirtel app and then check if the recharged data reflects.
App was uninstalled and re-installed, but of no use and the recharged data still does not reflect.
Also, recharged data not appearing on screen when *121*51# is dialled, as mentioned in their email.
SMS sent to airtel informing them the same on 28-May-2020.
