I have done a recharge of 598 plan of my airtel number [protected] from airtel thanks application and done a payment from amazon pay through sbi card (Details of the transaction is been enclosed) on 20th april but the transaction was not successful but my account got debited by rs 558 (538 from card + 20 amazon money) and 40 rs amazon coupon.

I have reported this transaction to both airtel and amazon,
In which amazon is saying that they have received the recharge and they have transferred the money to airtel (Screenshot attached from amazon) but airtel is declining the transaction and saying that they have not received any recharge on the number on 20th april (Audio of senior manager mohammed sarfaraj attached) but in email airtel is saying that the recharge got successful and they cannot refund the amount (Screenshot of the email attached)
It's been 40 days to my recharge but i don't know where is my money gone amazon is blaming airtel and airtel is blaming amazon
I have given all the information about the transaction which got debited from the account, reply received from the amazon, reply received from the airtel, conversation audio between me and the senior manager of airtel
And it's upto you both, decide and refund my money as soon as possible
