Recharge done but their IVR call service provides wrong and miss leading information.

Recharge done for rupees 301 this day
Entitling me 50 GB data
1. The above recharge was successfully done as evident as per our bank info, where the concerned amount of rupees 301 was successfully transferred from our bank account to Airtel.
2. This is further confirm as per the attached PDF file showing the same recharge successful on Airtel app of our account, showing the successful balance of data 52.5 GB. (Screenshot attached)
3. But still after all the above confirmation, when we dial Airtel IVR service, 198 and 121, they provide wrong and miss leading information of our data balance as only 2.5 GB.
4. This is so much confusing and irritating, why their on IVR issue deficient to provide correct balance, causing hell of trauma and waste of time to customers.
5. Regretfully this Airtel does not have any toll free number for customers complaints, nor they have any email ID to lodge complaints. Why?
6. They are making heap of money, millions and billions from the customers every month, but they do not provide toll free number and customer care email ID. Too shameful on their part.
7. We contacted them on Airtel paid call services and ask about misleading wrong information by there IVR service but they failed to provide any genuine answer but vague reply only, totally manipulated.
