I recharged 399 twice by using phonepay because of slow internet connection but Airtel took money for first recharge and got message and second transaction money taken

Hello i had recharged my airtel mobile number with inr 599 and had activated a pack for next 84 days.
Next using 'amazone pay' i had recharged the same number mistakenly of inr 599 and pack for next 84 days.
I contacted airtel for refund/to credit that to talk time at least as it doesn't make sense to use both same packs by paying double the price.
Now they were not ready to refund it as it was done through third party app (Amazon pay) where in they were ready to refund it if was done through airtel app.
Does it make sense?? No matter how you pay money i was paying it to airtel.
Kindly look into this at the earliest and i am ready to provide you all yhe the transaction details as i want to find a solution for this by having the money refunded.

This problem presently with AIRTEL.
1. You log in but your details are incomplete.
2. It doesn't show validity of your pack.
3. Now a new system of recharge of friends and family is getting promoted by Air Tel. Are they faithful to their words and protect the customers?
No.
Reasons:
1. When you put the number for recharge, it should immediately alert the customer about the validity of the existing pack. It is not there.
2. If you by mistake or unknowingly or by two family people recharge the number it should alert the customer or who recharge it that this number is already recharged. This is the faithful and truthful business ethics.
3. But cunningly AIRTEL not added such a system in their portal whether in App or online through web log in.
4. The same problem with recharge without log in system.
5. No contact number to reach the customer service.

I recently by mistake done a recharge again. When I want to recharge my number, the window opened but I not checked the number it showed and recharged. In fact that number is of my family, which was already recharged two weeks ago. Now I mistakenly recharged again. I am trying to reach the customer service but in vain. Your long long number after number finally the ring in Jerusalem but not in Airtel.
No action from AirTel yet.

i recharged my airtel number twice with the same pack since it didn't show any succesful recharge...the amount is debited twice kindly help me to get refund of my money..it has been 7 days since this happened but still there is no refund reflected in my account...kindly help me regarding this
