Hi Team

This is Priyanka desai, purchased a new connection on Saturday number- [protected], the shopkeeper informed me that there is a recharge of 347 rupees for unlimited talk time. Im trying to call the customer care since yesterday to know about recharge, but bad luck no call was connected. Today I made the recharge of 347 and received the recharge successful message and details from airtel but did not received talk time and got only the data balance. I have spoke to the customer care but no use did not received any help.

Request you to please look below screenshots for your reference of the confirmation message from Airtel itself want you guys to take a quick action and please do the needful.
