Airtel — recharge from airtel payment bank

I have recharge from air tel payments bank on[protected] of 15/- id no.[protected] but not get balance until today. I inquired about it from 400, 121 & 198 but got any satisfactory answer. I had contacted customer care but they are not giving exactly answer. I want my deducted money from air tel payment bank. My airtel mobile no. Is [protected] and i resides at banswara rajasthan.
