By Bona fide a mistake recharge was done to mobile number [protected] instead of [protected] by paying a sum of Rs. 1498/- through online dt:[protected].
Immediately at 12:55pm contacted the local airtel office for redressal of my above grievance, but to no avail. Thereafter at 4:10pm sent an email to the airtel seeking remedy. I contacted the person holding mobile number [protected] to whom recharge has been done by me by mistake. But he is not prepared to refund any amount and he is not answering my calls.
In view of the above facts i request that recharge done to mobile number [protected] and services provided to it may be reverted and services for the above said amount may be provided to my number i.e [protected] for which my son has paid the amount of Rs. 1498/- as aforesaid.
I am prepared to pay any fee or charges to the company for reverting and giving the services to my number.
