Airtel — recharge not affected properly for prepaid mobile phone | |||
My 3G mobile was recharged on 1 February last for unlimited package of Rs 349.00 with a validity of 28 days.Today after 12 days only, I am not able to phone from my mobile outside and all the time I have to hear an audio message that " your balance is insufficient for an outside call.I was advised to recharge additionally for Rs 10./ for making emergency call outside." And almostfor the whole day I could not make at all any call outside . I tried to contact their executive on "121" but here also the connection disconnected on the ground that there is not the sufficient balance to make an outside call. The same thing happened in the last recharge period also and after taking loan of Rs 10/ and again recharging for Rs 30./I could talk to the executive and the package recharge of Rs 349/ came into effect. But unfortunately, the remaining balance after readjusting the loan of Rs 10/ had been eaten away this time due to my overlooking in the present recharge period which is still valid till 28.02.2018 . I would like to raise the point that even though the prepaid recharge is valid, Airtel is audacious enough to stop the phone service and deduct my balance without any right whatsoever. I request the august body to look into the matter and restrain the service provider from repeating this heinous crime and also to refund the balance deducted for the calls already made despite having a privilege o[censored]nlimited call from my mobile.
