Airtel — recharge not done on prepaid mobile no. [protected]

I have recharged Rs.27.00 to my wife's prepaid mobile No. [protected] on 16 Apr 18 through ICICI Bank BIL/[protected]/0120/[protected]/9632843, but the same has not been credited to her mobile. The amount has been debited to my accounts by ICICI Bank immediately.

Please recharge the amount immediately without any further delay.
