Dear sir,
I have recharge in my prepaid mobile from myairtel app thro' google pay on 16th april, '20 though recharge shown as successful & amount deducted from my bank account, but recharge not reflecting in my mobile no.[protected].
I have contacted airtel customer care cell. They didn't help me or not shown any helping attitude, but simply harassed me a lot. They asked to give details of transaction id which was not been saved in their app. I told them my upi transaction id.[protected] and google transaction id-cicagkcrgkz_zw, but they were not satisfied & humiliated me somehow.
In view of above, i would like request you to do the needful as early as possible & oblige.
