Airtel — recharge of 1699

Airtel offered me to recharge with long term plan and assured me that they will continue that plan after expiry of 399 plan which was valid till 22.01.2019 but as soon i recharged with 1699 plan for 365 days validity. They started that plan from that day. Even i got message from airtel that your plan will be started from 22.01.2019. Now as i am talking with costumer care they just saying that extension in validity is applicable only on upto 6 months plan. What should i do now.

They started that plan from that day. Even i got message from airtel that your plan will be started from 27.01.2019. Now as i am talking with costumer care they just saying that extension in validity is applicable only on upto 6 months plan. What should i do now.
